All Falco Holsters products purchased through falcoholsters.com are warrantied against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If your holster/pouch/bag fails you in any way under normal use, we will repair or replace it free of charge. You will only cover the shipping costs.

Please respect the following terms:

  • Ship with proof of purchase of the product (invoice).
  • If the return is international, remember to put insurance on the package, to be sure it gets to us without any trouble (otherwise you accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment)
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper use and overburdening the gear, or negligence. Normal wear and tears such as scuffs, scratches, and abrasions are not considered as a defect.
  • Only original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy.
  • The Lifetime Warranty only covers the products purchased through falcoholsters.com. Secondhand purchases, third-party retailers, belly bands, and belts.

When a package is shipped internationally it may be subject to customs duties imposed by the destination country. This may result in you having to pay additional charges such as duties, taxes, and custom clearance fees which are not included in the total price displayed at checkout.

Please note that certain countries may require certain documentation before the items are sent. If the necessary information is not provided, this may result in delays in the order.

On rare occasions, your personal email setting won't allow our emails to be delivered at all. FALCO holsters are fitted to a particular gun and can have a high degree of retention. The initial fit can be very tight and would require some stretching of the leather to allow for a smooth draw. It is called break in. As leather is a natural, porous material that absorbs moisture, it can happen that it would tighten in the drying stages. We color, treat and oil the leather in the holster crafting process and can never predict how much moisture would the particular piece of leather absorb.

 

So the holster may be stiff and tight at first but that is all too normal. It would only need to be broken in. All you need is a plastic grocery bag, your holster and your gun. Before you begin the break-in procedure be sure to loosen up any re-tension screws if your holster has them.

Wrap your gun in the grocery plastic bag, leaving the handle exposed for a firm grip and slide the gun into the holster. Do not worry to push the gun in really hard. Leave it holstered like this overnight, maybe couple of days. Then draw the gun out, take the plastic bag off and try holstering it. It should loosen up enough for you to insert the gun more freely. If you still find it too tight, please repeat the process with the plastic grocery bag until you are happy with the result. to aid in the break in of your holster. 

 

As far as the retention strap - thumb break goes, if you find it difficult to close with the holstered weapon, please follow these instructions.

Hold on to the strap and pull on it really hard while pushing the gun into the holster. Keep on pulling that strap over and over until it stretches just enough to snap close. Leave it with the gun inside overnight. This would break in the retention strap.

Leather holsters are more susceptible to wear and damage than other holstersInvesting some care and attention will preserve their beauty and functionality.

Areas of high salt content (sweat) can degrade the leather qualityIf possible, keep a barrier of clothing between yourself and the holster, protecting the leather from perspiration.

It is a good practise to wipe down your leather products with a clean dry cloth after every use. A gentle cleansing with warm water and glycerin soap can be done if the leather becomes soiled. Brush on with a soft-bristled toothbrush, rinse and pad the leather with a dry cloth until it remains just slightly damp. Allow the product to air dry on its own. Direct sunlight and high heat can change the shape of the leather and will likely cause a permanent damage to it.

When not in regular use, store your leather products in a cool, dry location.

Nylon holsters and our other synthetic material products such s belts, concealed carry bags, slings ans accessorise will need minimal care throughout their service life.

Clean as needed by hand wash with a mild soap and water. Allow to air dry naturally. If needed, you may use a soft bristle brush (such as a toothbrush) to loosen any extra dirt or dust.

Do not wash them in the washing machine or use artificial heat to speed up the drying process.

Following our recommended care and maintenance tips, along with common sense, will allow you to get the maximum service life from your Falco synthetic material products.

Kydex holsters are virtually maintenance free.

If a kydex holster gets dirty or dusty, you can wash it off and wipe it down.

The 30 Days Buy Back applies to all the products purchased through falcoholsters.com. All you need to do is submit a Return request within 30 days from the date of receipt and send the merchandise to us. You will be issued a store credit ASAP after we receive the product from you. To ease the whole process, please keep in mind the following when return shipping:

  • Ship in the original product packaging, in as-new condition.
  • Ship with proof of purchase of the product (invoice).
  • If the return is international, remember to put insurance on the package, to be sure it gets to us without any trouble (otherwise you accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment

We will refund 100% money only for a product in 100% condition. In the case that the product was used or damaged, we will, at our discretion, decide to offer a partial store credit (unless the error was made by us).

The store credit will be provided in a form of a gift card, in a 100% value of the returned item (not including the shipping costs).
