Premium quality can't be rushed. For this reason, the production of your high-quality custom Falco Holster takes its time. Our staff at www.falcoholsters.com appreciates your patience and even though we are unable to speed up the production process for you, we put an effort into getting the packages to you as fast as possible after they are finished. That is why we use 

Federal Express.

When we say WORLDWIDE, we mean it! Wherever you are on planet Earth, we will get a holster to you. 

Damage in transport 

As a manufacturer, we carefully control the quality of our products and review all procedures during manufacturing and shipment preparations. 

If you should receive a damaged parcel, please always check the contents immediately in the presence of the carrier. Should the condition of the goods demand it please require a damage report by the FedEx carrier. 
We would also kindly ask you to inform us about the damage by email or phone. 

PLEASE NOTE When a package is shipped internationally it may be subject to customs duties imposed by the destination country. This may result in you having to pay additional charges such as duties, taxes, and custom clearance fees which are not included in the total price displayed at the checkout.
