The leather holster itself is beautiful and well crafted. The area where these holsters could use some improvement is the nylon band the leather holster is sewn to. This band definitely needs some padding for comfort. Other ankle holster manufactures have used lambs wool or neoprene as padding. Either one of these materials would be a huge improvement over the existing band with no padding at all.
This is the third bag I have bought from them. The last one lasted over 10 years before I finally wore a hole through the back with my heavy revolver. Awesome Gear will buy another from them when this one wears out.
amazing product fits perfect..Did take a little longer than expected for delivery but the quick response to emails made the experience much more smoother. To their defense, i ordered right when they were going on their Holiday break. i give 10/10 for customer service and 10/10 for product

This is a great shoulder holster rig, very comfortable, easy to adjust, the materials used are high quality and durable. Prior to this model I bought a version from here that also had belt loop rings on it so it could be used 2 different ways. I liked that version well enough and bought several but that version was bulkier and somewhat uncomfortable and you never really use the belt loops so it was good on paper but not in practice. This one is far superior and have now bought about 4 of them for different models. I recommend Falco to anyone who asks me for holster advice since they have high quality for reasonable prices, really good customer service and have so many makes and models they can make a holster for and if they dont have the ability to make one for your gun model if you get them a 3d scan of your gun they will make it for you without issue. They have been my first stop for holsters for many years now.
I ordered the hybrid OWB to include optic and light. Very pleased initially with how well it fits my setup. Firm retention yet still smooth on draw. Comfortable to wear from the go. Leather is top quality. Worth the wait. I’ll be a return customer! Thank you, Falco
4th holster I’ve ordered and they are all superb. Very comfortable and perfect fits . I would suggest either getting their break in package or getting some of your own for a good draw.
I just got my new x8-519 and I love that it works on my small-medium size holsters but it unfortunately does not work on my T1C MSP holster it’s a close fit but not close enough. I would love to be able to carry off body in the summer when I’m out wearing shorts, but I can’t find anyone that makes a IWB holster adapter that works with it
So far so good. Overall, very comfortable. I do wish there was a raised sweat guard on the mag pouch to keep the corner of the mag from digging in. Other than that, I like it. Well worth it.
Fantastic! I fell in love with the Merlin the first time I wore it! This is my second in that style and my third Falco Holster. They are extremely well-made and very, very comfortable to wear. I've worn my first Merlin for several years, and it holds up well, retains its shape and retention, and is easy on the gun's finish. Their response times and customer service are above PERFECT, and the quality follows that same philosophy. Great quality, great customer service, great people, and they have a great response time! Just be respectful of time zones. My recommendation is 6 stars on a 1-5 scale; you will not be disappointed!
So far these folks have been a pleasure to deal with. I mean that sincerely. As far as the IWB holster the jury is still out. Watched the break in video and I'm working on it. Here's what I have so far. Very difficult to get secured in place. The tension on the belt clip is ridiculous. This fact might be acceptable if it worked. The leading edge of the ejection port grabs the top of the holster tightly enough that the whole holster comes out. This is unacceptable. Then theres this "claw" thing that I apparently ordered (my fault). I think it's function is to help secure the holster when the weapon is drawn. Hmm... It is mounted on a leather extention that adds an inch and half to the width. Im very tempted to just cut it off. Im going to soak it in denatured alcohol and see what happens. Sorry guys three stars for being pleasurable to deal with is the best I can do.
